Bringing Your Ideas to Light.
Our many years of experience in helping clients find the right illuminated element within their budget allows us to get a job underway as quickly as possible.
The first step of every job we embark on is to generate a quote so that you have a clear idea of costs. We have listed very gereral pricing on our pricing page.
Using art, photos or specs that you send us, we sketch a digital layout of your centerpiece or shade and determine a price per item.
We can then send digital photos of your piece. If need be, we can ship out an actual sample to you at cost.
We work with your graphics or we can design the piece entirely in house. If you need an event logo generated, we are happy to create one for you. We charge a design fee of $75.00 per hour.
If your designers will be doing the graphic design for your centerpieces we can provide specs for the job for them to "fill in".
We have found the best battery operated, remote controlled LED lights on the market. We can provide the LED lights for your event or refer you to our preferred vendor.
Our larger shades and columns are lit by your event lighting vendor.
Production and Shipping
When you order centerpieces or shades from Illuminaria, you will be getting something that is custom designed and hand-made specifically for you.
Our goal is to build each job to the highest standards possible. We do our best work with a minimum of 3 weeks production time from final sign-off of the design to job completion.
Our custom cut infrastructure pieces and bases are ordered to your job specs, and test prints are made to ensure correct color and quality.
We charge a rush fee of 30% on jobs with less than a 2 week production time.
We ship many of our designs in "kit" format for final assembly on your end. All of our larger columns and shades are shipped this way.
We ship via Fed Ex Ground. The transit time is generally 2-3 business days. Please factor this into your turn around time.
A Few Helpful Hints
These few pointers will speed up the process on our end and will allow us to design the highest quality decor for your event.

Files we use: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign - versions CS6 or earlier.

Logo File formats: Logos are best in line art or vector format: .eps, .ai or .pdf.

Photo Format and Resolution: Photos are best in jpeg format at 150 dpi.

Color Space: All photos must be either in grayscale or CMYK color mode.

Fonts: All fonts/type must be converted to outlines or sent with your file.

File size: Files larger than 10MB are best sent via Dropbox or Usendit.
